Standing Committees
The President, with the consent of the Board of Directors, shall appoint the standing committees herein and, to the extent not specified herein, their chairperson, all of which committees shall be subject to the direction and supervision of the Board, which may assign them special duties in addition to those hereafter specifically defined.

Appointment to a standing committee shall be for a term of one year. No member shall be appointed to serve on the same committee for more than six consecutive years.

  1. Finance Committee consisting of the Treasurer as chairperson and not less than two other members. 
  2. Public Relations/Communications Committee consisting of the 1st Vice President and not less than two other members.
  3. Architectural Committee consisting of the Secretary as chairperson and four other members.
  4. Building and Grounds Committee consisting of the 2nd Vice President and two other members.

The following committees shall be under the supervision of an assigned director as an ex-officio member and have three members, one of which shall serve as chairperson.

  1. Clubhouse operating committee 
  2. Environmental/beautification committee 
  3. Entertainment committee 
  4. Members activities 
  5. Pool operating and maintenance committee 
  6. Athletic/Recreation committee
  7. Personnel and administration
  8. Roads committee
  9. Long-range planning committee
  10. Rules committee

All committees unless otherwise directed shall report in writing at lease 20 days prior to the Annual Meeting of the Club and shall make special reports at any times on their own motion or when requested by the President or by the Board.
