• Before any other construction takes place, a driveway entrance must be developed on your site.
• No loading or unloading of equipment or materials is permitted on the roads. Parking and unloading areas must be provided on the homeowners lot.
• Excessive dirt and mud tracked onto the roads by construction vehicles must be removed.
• Construction activities are permitted only between the hours of 7AM-8PM Monday-Friday, 8AM-8PM Saturday, and 10AM-6PM Sunday.
• Malvern will inspect the Exterior and lot location during construction. Any deviation from your original approved plan will require approval from the Architectual Committee prior to the changes.
• Be aware that minimizing damage to the roads should be a high priority to both you and your contractor. Contractors and/or property owners will be held liable for any damage to the roads.
• Additionally we ask that you inform your contractors to be considerate of your neighbors during the construction process by refraining from speeding and litering in the neighborhood.
